Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, for the Inflatables and Tents! All inflatables are set up by a safety trained company employee and may not be moved once staked down.
Tables and chairs require an extra set up fee to be placed in a configuration of your choice.
Q.Do you deliver to other areas?
A.Yes! Our standard delivery area is Sarasota/Bradenton without a delivery fee. We are happy to serve areas outside of our common deliveries with a small delivery fee.
Q.Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive and set up your party early, so you get the entire rental time! Your party will start on time every time.
Q.When do you set up?
A.This is dependent on our schedule with deliveries each day. Once you've booked with Suncoast, we like to communicate with you and determine your goals.
We will typically call or text two days prior to your rental date and discuss specific delivery/pickup timeframe.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.We pride ourselves on clean, fun party rentals. Suncoast Event Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental, with a final walk through done at delivery to inspect and ensure you receive the best in the business!
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.The absolute easiest way to book is with a Credit Card on our website, but we are happy to accept cash and other options as well.
If you have any questions regarding payment, please give us a call!
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.No one accurately predicts the weather. If the cancelation is due to weather, please call us and we will agree to refund your deposit with no issues or use it toward a future event!
If the cancelation is due to any other reason, we will keep the $50 deposit since the inventory has been unable to be rented.
If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them, give us a call!
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, to hold the reservation for your specific party time.
When you place the deposit you are reserving that inventory for that timeframe.
Q.How big are the jumps?
A.The exact sizes of our Bouncers and Slides are listed next to each one on the website. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit.
Check our setup area required to ensure we have enough room to properly stake them!
Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If anything is not perfect please let us know so we can quickly remedy the situation!
If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower.
We expect everyone to have FUN, but safely.
